Is Embraer owned by Airbus?
On July 5, 2018, a joint venture with Boeing was announced that would have resulted in Boeing owning 80% of Embraer’s commercial aviation division. This was seen as a reaction to Airbus’ acquisition of a majority in the competing Bombardier CSeries the previous year.
