The Garmin GTX-345 is a one-box ADS-B and Transponder solution. It combines a Mode S Extended Squitter (ES) transponder, an internal WAAS GPS position source, and both ADS-B Out and ADS-B In capability in a single compact unit. The GTX-345 delivers simplicity, compliance, situational awareness, and safety. The GTX 335 is an ADS‐B out compliant, extended squitter, Mode S transponder. The GTX 345 adds ADS‐B “In” capability, displaying weather and traffic on compatible displays, as well as Garmin Pilot and ForeFlight via Bluetooth®/Connext wireless technology.
